Hi, I'm Lijuraj, and I lead MILE's academic side.
I'm pursuing an MSc in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Central University of Karnataka, building on a BSc in Psychology from St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Devagiri.
My HR internship at KCM Appliances put that training to work — supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and CV screening to interview coordination and onboarding, while applying organizational psychology principles to assess job fit beyond skills and credentials.
I hold an NPTEL certification in the Psychology of Stress, Health and Well-Being, and I'm especially interested in people analytics — using data-informed HR practice to actually improve the employee experience.
