Hi, I'm Irfan Kareem, and I lead MILE.
I'm an MSc Psychology student specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Central University of Karnataka, with a BSc in Psychology from MES College, Marampally.
I bring hands-on experience in HR operations — employee data management, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation — gained through an HR internship at S&O Maritime Services, working with tools like greytHR and eSSL.
I've also worked as a field surveyor with DCOR Consulting, and hold certifications in HR Management, the Psychology of Stress, Health and Well-Being (NPTEL), and Soft Skills (NPTEL). I work in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
