Welcome

A wide-angled path into a very grounded practice.

An M.Sc. in Clinical & Counselling Psychology sits alongside an M.A. in Disaster Management and a B.A. Hons in Geography — training that started far from a clinic room and arrived at one anyway.

That range shows up in how she works: strong psychometric depth, clinical training across IMHH Agra and CIP Ranchi, and field exposure to psychological preparedness frameworks through the National Disaster Response Force.

What she's built and led:

  • Six research projects — cognitive load, AI acceptance, digital loneliness, athlete psychology
  • Lead authorship on a new passive social media use scale
  • Counselling, workshops & trauma-informed training across 20+ institutions, alongside Melvin

On how she works

"A geographer's map, a responder's checklist, a clinician's assessment battery — different disciplines, one instinct: build the structure first, so the care can hold."

Evidence-based

Six studies deep — cognitive load, AI acceptance, digital loneliness, athlete psychology — including lead authorship on a new passive social media use scale.
